SHIPPING
Drifting Sol currently ships within Australia. We also offer international shipping options for our crew living on the outer edges of the globe.
Australian Orders via Regular Post typically take up to 7 business days delivery time, whereas Express Post gets to you the following business day all going according to postage plan and su casa location. International delivery times are highly dependant upon location, but usually 10-21 business days. These are estimates, and please note that there is a processing time of 1-2 business days on all orders both domestic and international, prior to the package been sent.
Orders are only delivered to your nominated address Monday to Friday between business hours. All domestic and international orders are sent with Australia Post.
RETURNS
If you don’t like the new merch then send it back and we’ll be happy to replace and/or refund where possible. You need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your details, description of the merch you wish to return + order number, and exactly why you’ve returned them instead of giving them to someone else in need…
The items being returned need to be in the original condition it was received in, we typically won’t be too cool with a refund/replace if, for example, your tee comes back with a meat pie and sauce stain front and centre… Returns that are not in original condition will not be accepted and you will be asked to pay postage to have it returned to you. All return postage expenses are at your cost.
Drifting Sol is about spreading the stoke. So we’ll do all we can to make you happy, and we ask you to do the same with those around you. If that meant gifting an e.g. unwanted/incorrect size order to someone else in need then we’d be happy to help out on your new order…
Communication is always the key, so please let us know if any problems arise via the contact page, and we’ll get back to you within 1-2 business days.
ADVICE
Drifting Sol aim to share a lot of information on global locations and travel tales. This should not be taken as ‘advice’ nor treated as ‘gospel’. Each one of us are profoundly unique, as are the locations and experiences drifters have whilst on this crazy journey we call life…
Do your own research (or better yet do none and just go and explore!) and please don’t hold us responsible for a lack of swell on a distant ocean, slipping whilst scaling a mountainous peak recommended by us, or anything else of this nature.
